Correction - 2 July, 6 August - Hymn references

On 2 July, (The Visitation), and again on 6 August (Transfiguration of our Lord), the hymn references give the second line of the hymn, not the first. The page references are correct, and they are the correct hymns. The hymns of course do begin with the first line, this is merely a typo. Again, I've included this in Errata because of the potential for confusion.
